Waffle Pod are made from polystyrene and are 1090mm square. They come in four thicknesses for use on different sites:
• 175mm - Suitable for "A" Soil Classification sites and special purposes*
• 225mm - Suitable for "S" and "M" Soil Classification Sites*
• 300mm - Suitable for "M" and low "H" Soil Classification Sites*
• 375mm - Suitable for "H" Soil Classification Sites*
The Pods are slotted on all four vertical sides to accept Interlock Brackets. They are lightweight, yet strong enough to support the weight of workers and wet concrete during site preparation and concrete pour. They can be cut to fit within the dimensions of the plan.

INTERLOCK H BRACKETS H-110 (Optional)

Interlock H Brackets lock Pods into position, with accurate, correct 110mm spacing between the Pods. The Brackets slide easily into the "T" shaped slot in the Pods for firm positioning. The deep "V" section means reinforcement bars are easily placed or rolled into position, resting at the base of the "V", where they are correctly supported in the gaps which will eventually form the concrete beams beneath the slab surface.

INTERLOCK EDGE BEAM BRACKETS ES-300 (Optional)

Interlock Edge Beam Brackets are used to position the Pods inside the edge formwork on the outer perimeter of slabs. Edge Beam Brackets come in four sizes to create edge beams of different widths, depending on the footing plan. Edge Beam Brackets create correct positioning, as well as locking the entire Pod assembly into position inside the formwork. Edge Beam Brackets also support the additional reinforcement required.
